Using the mild technology, raw materials are processed at a low temperature fusion, maintaining unchanged the natural qualities of the product and preserving an high stability and nutrition feature. These qualities make it perfect for home use, for the preparation of pizzas, piadine, focaccie (flat breads), sweets and to obtain very crispy and dry frying.
